At PECIFY INFRA PAYMENT SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED (“PECIFY Infra Payment Solution”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), customer satisfaction is important to us. This Cancellation & Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which orders for our electronics, payment infrastructure products, and services may be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of order placement, provided the order has not been processed, dispatched, configured, or installed.
To request cancellation, customers must contact us immediately with complete order details.
Once an order has been dispatched, configured, or installation has begun, cancellation will not be permitted.
Cancellation of installation, configuration, or project-based services is subject to the stage of execution.
Any costs already incurred (site survey, device configuration, procurement, logistics, manpower deployment, or technical setup) will be deducted from the refundable amount, if applicable.
Due to the technical and electronic nature of our products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Products must be:
Unused, uninstalled, and unconfigured
In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and seals intact
In resalable condition
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
Installed, configured, or used electronic or payment devices
POS machines or terminals that have been activated or linked
Customized or made-to-order products or solutions
Installation, configuration, maintenance, or service charges
Products marked as “Non-Returnable”
Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, power issues, or external factors
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging must be shared for verification.
Upon successful verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable, at no additional cost to the customer.

Ship the product to the return address provided by our team
After receipt and inspection, eligible refunds or replacements will be processed
⚠️ Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method
Shipping, handling, configuration, installation, and service charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost
We reserve the right to:
Reject return or refund requests that do not comply with this policy
Modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice
